Customer service from this company truly is phenomenal. The restraint is convenient and so easy to do so many things with. I was hesitant at first but it’s definitely a great way to get into some light bondage play with your partner. My wife has had nothing negative to say about it so far and it’s been great! I’ll be buying at least one more if not 2.
My wife loves when I use this with her. The uses seem endless. The cuffs at each end make this very simple to use. The smooth silky texture arouses the senses. Now I spend more time playing and less time tying and untying knots. This also is great for traveling as it takes almost zero space and weighs next nothing. I definitely recommend this item to anyone interested in bondage.
100%! costums stopped it to europe but quality and length is amazing.
It is made with charmeuse silk and should be hand washed using cold water and a gentle detergent/soap as a best practice! It should be able to survive more rigorous washings, however.

Delivery was supposed to come to germany. UPS messed up... but Logan was really kind and supportive in his communication. So... I cannot really review the Restrain yet (i bet it will be good) but what i can say is that you barely meet human beings supporting customers these days. Absolute legend!
